The purpose of this course...
...to equip and train present and prospective transitional pastors and denominational leaders in the work of facilitating positive change in the church during a senior leadership transition.
Senior leadership transitions provide a congregation with an ideal opportunity to experience meaningful and positive change that can help ensure a fruitful ministry for the incoming senior leader.
Who should attend this course? Transitional pastors, pastors considering intentional interim ministry and denominational leaders who coach congregations through transition. These principles also apply to leaders facilitating transitions in para-church organizations.
Who are the facilitators? Alan Simpson, Craig Kraft, Cam Taylor and Gerry Teichrob.

Specialized Training Day - May 3rd: We are adding a fourth day to our TLM basic training course as a one-day workshop you can attend or add it on to your 3-day experience. This year’s specialized training day is entitled “Engaging Conflict” and focuses on how enquipping you the leader in how to engage with conflict for greater health. We welcome Darrin Hotte as part of our training team for that day.

Cost:
$295 for 3-day TLM basic course for full time participant (includes manual & note taking guide)
$150 for spouse attending with full time participant
$195 for returning participants
Add $99 for Specialized Training day - Engaging Conflict (spouse attending is $49).
$99 for a set of DVD's with the full 20 hours of training from our 5-day TLM course.
